Boutique Hotel

In 1969 Ixua the restaurant opened its doors along the newly built highway route that runs through the mountain range connecting the town of Eibar with that of Vizcaya. For almost half a century, the restaurant’s traditional cuisine has been seen to represent the gold standard in Spanish gastronomy.
In 2018 Ixua underwent a complete renovation and redesign, accompanied by the launch of an entirely new concept – IXUA HOTEL – a boutique hotel comprising 8 rooms and its prized restaurant, the latter with a renewed focus on serving specialities from its charcoal grill.
All our rooms face outwards offering breath-taking views of the mountains. In addition, all rooms are fully sound-proof and come with air conditioning, heating, WiFi, flat-screen tv, desk, wardrobe, bathroom with either bath or shower and hair dryer. Our beauty and wellness service is also available upon request.
